DESCRIPTION:Everyone is invited to kick off the holiday season at Light Up Lander on Saturday\, Dec. 3\, 3-5 pm\, Mr. D's Food Center\, South 7th St. between Main and Garfield streets. There will be hot cocoa\, cookies\, lots of games for the kids and Santa! Bring canned goods for the community Christmas basket program\; for each canned good donated earn a ticket to win a bike. The Light Up Lander parade will begin at 5:30 pm and will run down Main Street to Centennial Park where the community tree will be lit up! To participate in the parade call or stop by the Lander Chamber of Commerce\, 160 N. 1st St.\, 332-3892. Sign up is free. Let's make Lander merry and bright!
