DESCRIPTION:Metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are crucial to businesses\, especially small businesses. They are essentially the pathway to efficiently growing your business and making better decisions. During this workshop\, we will provide an understanding of what metrics and KPIs are and how small business owners can integrate them into their businesses to improve overall business performance (productivity and profits). Gone are the days of throwing spaghetti at the wall to see what sticks.
