Wyoming Legislature Joint 2023 Select Committee on Capital Financing & Investments. The purpose of this meeting is to receive reports and updates from the State Treasurer's Office, State Auditor's Office and Wyoming Retirement System, review and approve the spending policy report, and consider proposed legislation regarding state budgeting and reserves, investment modernization of statutory funds, administration of the WRS performance compensation program and local government investments.
