POSITION: Substitute Food Service Director (at-will)
LOCATION: District-wide
SALARY: $27.13/hr; no benefits; temporary
SCHEDULE: July 1-October 15 (approximate dates), Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-2:00 pm

QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; job-related experience - especially in school food service operations is desired.
JOB DESCRIPTION: This temporary position will be responsible for: following menus to be able to order needed food and supplies; substituting in building kitchens for absent staff as needed, communicating with stakeholders as needed - parents, teachers, nurses, students, and administrators; handling Infinite Campus (student data system) tasks; processing daily deposits; initiating and following through with collections process; coding invoices/statements; and other duties as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; significant stooping, kneeling, and/or crouching; and significant fine finger dexterity. The job is performed under some temperature extremes and some hazardous conditions.
